Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&J SONS 3 HOLDINGS INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage inventory of food and supplies
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of food trolleys
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with a permanent position and 30-40 hours of work per week.
