Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Burlington Charcoal Pit is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, including portion control and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, including hiring and performance management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
