Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to achieve exceptional customer service and food quality standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced coffee shop environment with a focus on customer service and quality food.
