Job Description

We are seeking a charismatic and outgoing Host to join our front door team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining the flow of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to maximize seating capacity.
  • Engage with all guests entering and exiting the building in a kind and helpful manner.
  • Answer phone calls to handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout your shift.
  • Previous service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
