Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Promote the Carter's brand, showcasing products, and engaging with customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems, execute transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
