At Innovaderm Research, we're seeking a skilled Compensation and HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This dynamic role combines responsibilities in compensation management and HR Information System (HRIS) administration.
Main Responsibilities:- Compensation Management:
- Implement compensation policies and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market studies to compare internal and external salary data.
- Develop and manage salary grids.
- Analyze salary data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage annual performance evaluations and salary adjustments.
- Maintain pay equity files and ensure compliance with regulations.
- HRIS Administration:
- Manage daily HRIS operations and ensure data accuracy.
- Configure new modules and update functionalities based on company needs.
- Provide technical support and training for internal users.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards from the HRIS.
- General Support:
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects such as benefits management and HR audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR practices and applicable laws.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A college diploma or bachelor's degree, with 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- The ability to work with various computer systems and adapt quickly to new tools.
