Noodlebox Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Noodlebox. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Plan and manage inventory to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and select high-quality candidates to join our team.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback and concerns.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries for Chef: Provide detailed summaries of customer orders to ensure accurate preparation and presentation.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
    • Language: English
    • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
