Job Title: Data Engineer LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing large-scale enterprise data solutions in Hadoop, Postgres, and Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop large-scale data solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data technologies such as Hadoop, Postgres, and Snowflake.
- Experience with cloud data lake design and implementation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
