Job Title: Data Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing large-scale enterprise data solutions in Hadoop, Postgres, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop large-scale data solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data technologies such as Hadoop, Postgres, and Snowflake.
  • Experience with cloud data lake design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
