Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Winter Works Combo/Plow Operator to join our team. As a key member of our winter maintenance crew, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing maintenance duties, and responding to call-ins in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties such as patrolling, patching, and minor equipment maintenance
  • Respond to call-ins within thirty minutes and work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Work in extreme weather conditions and maintain a clean driver's abstract
Requirements
  • DZ or AZ license required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of MTO standards and AMC Contract Performance Requirements
