About the Role:

  • Manage the MOS within our distribution model, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems
  • Collaborate with key partners to drive increased sales and enhance the mortgage broker experience
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the enhancement of APIs and integration with future enhancements to the broker experience
  • Develop and maintain sales-related reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with MOS key partners
  • Lead and collaborate with MOS partners through a transformation journey
  • Perform ad-hoc maintenance of the origination process within MOS and internal systems
  • Remediate any production system issues including connectivity and data transfer
