We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Street Outreach Worker. In this role, you will work with vulnerable populations, providing support and connecting them with essential services.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing crisis intervention, life skills workshops, and administrative support. You will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining program statistics, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need
  • Implement life skills workshops and educational programs
  • Prepare reports and maintain program statistics
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
  • Work collaboratively with community agencies and organizations
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations an asset
  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) certification
  • Mental health first aid certificate
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certificate
