Job Summary

The Technical Supervisor is a key member of the Encore Canada team, responsible for leading floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct the setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
  • Comply with all Company security and safety measures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed expectations.
  • Assist in training technicians on floor activities and hotel/ENCORE service expectations.
  • Perform daily floor management, including directing workflow and assisting management with labor needs and scheduling.
  • Ensure equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • ENCORE Technical Level 3 Certification required.
  • 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required.
  • Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading workflow and team members.
