We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Support Specialist to support our team's success. Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Tasks:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments with colleagues and clients.
  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments with accuracy.
  • Promote and upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly customer experience at all times.
  • Contribute to sales goals and targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous office and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
