Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
