Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, resolve conflicts and issues, and maintain a positive employee experience.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Design and administer employee benefits programs, manage compensation and salary structures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development and growth.
  • HR Systems and Administration: Manage HR systems, including payroll, time-off, and performance management, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR systems and software.
