Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Mattox Employment Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
