Marketing Analyst Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Credit Cards team within the broader Marketing Analytics Delivery group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute high-impact direct-to-consumer marketing experiments to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools and techniques to continuously improve campaign design and delivery.
  • Provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders to enhance marketing ROI and maintain a culture of risk management and control.
  • Support the business in generating campaign target customer lists and measuring marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong coding experience, with proficiency in data analysis and targeting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present results to extended teams.
  • Business acumen and understanding of business concepts.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in an analytical role.
Preferred Skills:
  • Marketing analytical experience and credit card knowledge.
  • Experience with campaign management tools, such as SQL, SAS, Python/pyspark, or Unica.
  • Other financial or banking experience.
Work Arrangements:

Hybrid work arrangement in Toronto, ON.
