About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Support Analyst to join our team at CMG Marketing. As a key member of our data operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our business analysis, records management, and data operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate monthly reports and maintain their accuracy
  • Create, modify, and maintain process documents
  • Develop and test routines, queries, and macros
  • Identify and develop standard import and bulk data transfer and transformation routines
  • Review and maintain data quality in MS Access and SQL Server
  • Provide systems, software, and application development support for internal systems and web
  • Liaise with the team to provide updates on routine reports, identify issues, and enhance processes
  • Work to improve marketing automation processes
  • Record maintenance of in-house and online incentive programs
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access
  • Experience with SQL Server, MS CRM, and.Net
  • One year of hands-on experience in a data support, programming, or application development role
  • Highly developed analytical skills and a sound understanding of computer programming principles
  • Application development experience with Visual Basic or C# using Visual Studio
