General Manager, Montreal Airport Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Montreal Airport Marriott In-Terminal Hotel team. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to maximize property customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
- Lead a high-performing team of executives and ensure they are aligned with Marriott brand strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop revenue-generating strategies and leverage Marriott demand engines.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, local officials, and business partners to drive business growth and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
As a Marriott General Manager, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $196,000-$247,000 annually, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
