  • Clientele Development
    • Identify and exceed customer needs and expectations
    • Utilize marketing tools and technologies to build relationships and new business
    • Collect meaningful customer data for future relationship-building opportunities
  • Seasonal Sales Support
    • Assist with daily inventory counts and visual merchandising
    • Answer and direct incoming calls
    • Ensure store appearance reflects current visual guidelines
    • Partner with support team in the repair process and customer communication
    • Assist with cleaning and delivery procedures
  • Teamwork
    • Be aware of the impact of behavior on others
    • Demonstrate flexibility and respond positively to requests

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess computer skills to operate retail POS systems and MS Office programs
  • Be flexible to work in various roles and non-traditional hours
