Job Summary

We are seeking a Counter Sales Specialist to build relationships with customers, assist with product inquiries, maintain customer databases, and process orders. The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and support field sales and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries in-person, via phone, and at the counter.
  • Consistently achieve a high level of customer service, making a personal impact on our customers.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
  • Experience using AS400 (an asset).
