Appliance Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist - Appliances. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our Appliance and Custom Kitchen Showrooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively seek out customers on the sales floor and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences.
- Ask open-ended questions to determine customers' level of expertise and needs, and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Escort customers to merchandise in other sales areas that fit their needs, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service over the telephone, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with special orders and install sales, including communicating with the Escalation Team and Freight/Fulfillment Team as needed.
