About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Motel Manager to join our team at Econo Logde Inn and Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the motel, including front desk duties, staff supervision, and performance reviews.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve our business objectives.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review staff performance and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting our expectations.
  • Prepare Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets to ensure the motel operates within our financial targets.
  • Prepare Marketing Plans: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Implement Marketing Activities: Execute marketing plans, including social media, advertising, and promotions.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
