About the Role:

Mercer Global Investments Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Investment Management Specialist to join our team in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the MGI client service team and Mercer consultants with client-specific requests.
  • Prepare and review periodic client reports encompassing a wide range of asset mixes.
  • Calculate and validate client performance metrics using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific reporting requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to address any discrepancies and client inquiries related to the reports.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure the complete production of reports meeting client expectations.
  • Contribute to projects and enhancements focused on improving report production.
  • Assist in the completion of RFP requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in investments or finance.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
