About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Testing Manager to join our team assigned to the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and managerial leadership in the testing and commissioning of railway signaling systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical testing, with at least 5 years of experience in the rail signaling industry. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepares and executes testing activities for technologies of subway signaling under the direction of their hierarchy and in conformance with the client policies and standards.
* Executes specific Testing activities according to the testing procedure/documentation and Sub-System Team Leader.
* Adheres to Testing schedules and Testing plans for internal and external customers.
* Performs activities with quality while meeting customer expectations and project schedule.
* Capture all test results clearly and accurately and prepare technical test reports for customer submission.
* Interact with Engineering and V&V Sub-System leaders for optimizing site tests and investigation of testing issues.
* Supervises the Use of the correct tools and equipment to perform the electrical and mechanical test activities.
* Ensures the equipment and tools in the project are calibrated and easily tracked.
* Alerts the hierarchical superiors of any risk identified during the testing activities, and alerts management (Sub-System Leader, PrCOM, PM, RC TCM, ...) if any EHS risk is identified.
* Reads, understands, and creates Test Plans, Procedures, and test reports in coordination with T&C Coordinators and Discipline leaders.
