Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in food safety and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
