Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
