About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments with adults to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to individuals and groups
  • Develop and evaluate mental health programs to meet the unique needs of various client groups
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Consult with other mental health professionals to ensure best practices and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the NSBEP - Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Ability to work with diverse client populations and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
