About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing top-quality whole-person care to individuals and organizations. As a psychologist with Lifemark Health Group, you will have the chance to develop new mental health program content, leverage novel approaches to service delivery, and bring your unique assessment competencies to a range of applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate mental health programs for diverse client groups
  • Provide evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
  • Conduct psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
  • Consult with other mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions
  • Participate in program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the NSBEP - Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
