Job Summary

Bison excavation & Demolition ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to coordinate and schedule activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work closely with project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise workers and projects, and train or arrange for training as needed
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and recommend personnel actions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and overtime as required
Work Environment
  • Construction site environment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
