We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team at Plentyoffish Media ULC. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us identify, understand, and improve business and product challenges facing our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth quantitative analyses to stakeholders, including Executives, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers, to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and analytics frameworks to drive business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes on user behavior.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience working with large datasets, including raw clickstream data and metric stores.
- Strong understanding of web/digital analytics metrics, including Daily Active Users, Retention, and Churn.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or other query languages, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- A competitive salary range of $116,000 - $130,000 per year.
