Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Phoenix Labs. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in collecting and analyzing complex data to inform our business strategy and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform our business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to support our data-driven approach.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our data practices remain best-in-class.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with a strong background in data analysis and business acumen.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation languages, such as Python or R.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives.
  • Certifications in data analysis or related fields, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
