  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure we have the right team in place to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure they are informed of our operations and any areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
