Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Beaver Bank Station is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client-focused and dependable with efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment:

Beaver Bank Station is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to work in a restaurant setting, interacting with customers, staff, and management.
