Restaurant Manager Job Description

Beaver Bank Station is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our food service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing budgets, evaluating daily operations, and monitoring staff performance to ensure the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure high-quality service
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demands
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for growth
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments
Work Environment:

Beaver Bank Station is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and revenue.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30-35 hours per week.
