Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate general ledgers and financial statements
  • Coordinate payroll processing, including calculating and preparing cheques
  • Post journal entries and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure timely payments
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in bookkeeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
