Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Magna. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling front and rear seat complete assemblies, as well as sub-assemblies, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities- Assemble front and rear seat complete assemblies using various types of hand tools and fixtures.
- Clean and maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Perform tear-downs and repairs as required.
- Restock work areas and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in the assembly of other products manufactured by Integram-Windsor Seating.
- Follow rotation schedule and inform Supervisor/Team Leader of any issues.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Grade 12 or equivalent and training.
- Ability to follow oral instructions and work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Prior experience in a production environment and use of hand tools.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years old.
