Job Title: Full-Time Academic Leader

St. Mary's University, Calgary, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Full-Time Academic Leader to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for leading and managing academic programs, developing curriculum, and mentoring students.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage academic programs, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and meets the needs of students.
  • Mentor and support students, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the university's academic strategy, ensuring it is aligned with our mission and vision.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field.
