Restaurant Operations Manager

At BarBurrito, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing budgets, evaluating daily operations, and monitoring revenues to determine labor costs.
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and optimize staffing levels
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
- Recruit and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve business objectives
- Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure excellent customer service
- Provide customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties effectively.
