Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at GDR Dhaliwal Enterprises Ltd. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to order, using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members are aware of our quality control standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts.
