About the Role

GEMCO WOODKRAFTS LTD is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal structures, operating heavy-duty equipment, and constructing patterns and templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate assembly and fitting of metal structures.
  • Assemble and fit plates and sections to form complex structures, requiring attention to detail and precision.
  • Weld or bolt sections together to create strong and durable metal structures.
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines, such as presses and shears, to cut and shape metal components.
  • Construct patterns and templates to guide the assembly and fitting of metal structures.
  • Install fabricated components in final products, ensuring a high level of quality and precision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Language: English
