Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tripoli Holdings Limited.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods is required.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
