Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tripoli Holdings Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Recruit, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of our operations.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
