Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Gurmeet Gill Personal Real State Corporation. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with laundry and household tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Reference required
Work Environment

Our Home Support Workers work in a non-smoking environment and are required to use public transportation. The work setting is in the client's home, and the physical demands of the job include a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
