About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate, Recruitment Services to join our team at Vaco Montreal. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recruiting top talent in the finance and accounting sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and recruit qualified candidates for direct-hire positions in finance and accounting, including senior-level professionals.
  • Establish and maintain a network of passive candidates within the finance and accounting industries through cold-calling and social media sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for open roles, ensuring regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality candidates in a timely manner to meet client needs and exceed performance goals.

Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a CPA certification (an asset).
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record of success in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
