About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Consultant to join our team at Vaco. As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and executing month-end cycles, preparing consolidated financial reporting, and overseeing the validity and accuracy of financial reports.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance, preferably with a CPA certification and experience in the manufacturing industry. You should have excellent presentation and documentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience in a high-volume, multi-location organization and working with accounting software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan for month-end cycle and prepare consolidated financial reporting
• Oversee the validity and accuracy of financial reports
• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements and quarterly MD&A
• Foster a positive work environment and help train and develop staff
• Play an active role in finance-related projects and initiatives
