Sales Territory Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Executive to join our team in British Columbia (Lower Mainland). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability in our Western Canada and Alaska territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain revenue streams in assigned territory
- Sales prospecting and lead follow-through
- Overall sales growth in territory
- Territory plan development, execution, and annual update, including sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic objectives
- All field selling responsibilities
- Participate in trade shows as required
- Represent customer needs to the rest of the organization
- Timely completion of all administrative requirements, including expense reports, sales reports, and other requests
- Gather competitive information and other market intelligence regularly
- Remain current on product and industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, or reading industry publications
- Maintain administrative responsibilities, including updating sales activity in our CRM system
- Prospect for and convert new accounts on an ongoing basis
- Provide input to Bison Iron Corp. regarding new product ideas and trends, modifications to existing products, market changes, and customer service suggestions
- Manage sold orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Detailed estimates reflecting any need for special products, services, or transportation considerations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; will consider Associates or Technical diploma with enhanced work experience
- Professionally developed sales and territory management skills
- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Computer skills: Familiar with using Windows-based PC software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and CRM use
- Able to work safely in an industrial work environment
- Extensive travel in Canada
- Must live in territory assignment
- Capital equipment sales experience in the aggregate, mining industry, or similar
- Knowledge of aggregate industry processing equipment and material handling equipment and related applications; specifically: crushing equipment, screening equipment, and conveyors
- Have a valid work visa for Canada
