Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SME PIZZA ONTARIO LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide constructive feedback for growth.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience:Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in restaurant operations and management.
