Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in driving store success by leading and developing a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for achieving sales and profit goals, recruiting and training new team members, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
- Implement merchandise strategies and visual merchandising standards
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
- Communicate effectively with store management and district manager
Requirements
- At least 6 months of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
- Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
