Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Reitmans (Canada) Limited. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean and inviting store environment
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Communicate effectively with Store Manager and District Manager to ensure store success
- At least 6 months of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
- Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
